Hi all, at work I have to draft a software contract. One of our Directors must sign the document although he is not a legal representative of the company. Other Directors, who effectively are legal representatives will sign as well. The former one, has to sign just to let the other internal Directors that the technical specifications are just ok, but again, before third parties his signature is not binding. So under the line for his signature and his name I wrote "In conformity", more or less like this:

    ______________________
    Mr. XXXXX
    In Conformity

I am not sure if this is correct or if I should use some other wording like "in concurrence". Hope you can help me with this.

    Thanks in advance,

    Rodrigo.
