I'm looking for the pronunciation of the following name: Padraig O'Ceidigh. I managed to figure out that Padraig should sound something like PAD-rack, but the surname is beyond my abilities.

    Thanks!

Use the Abair text-to-speech tool which will give you an audio clip. Simply type in the box "Pádraig Ó Céidigh" (the pronunciation will be wrong if you write it without all the accents) and then click the Synthesise button

WOW, superb tool, Tegs! Thanks a million! I would have never guessed it was Kaygee.

I tried Ciarán Hinds for fun and it pronounced it like Hinge. I always thought that was rhyming with 'binds'...

Hinds does rhyme with binds - the Abair tool only works with Irish. It does not do pronunciation of English. The first name Ciarán is Irish, but the surname Hinds isn't ;)
