It's okay, take it easy.

I was about to pay for something at a shop, and the cashier looked fairly new to the job, and he was searching for some stuff before giving me back the money. When he was searching, he apologized that it took some time, but I wanted to assure him that it's no problem for me and he takes it easy. How can I say?

    "Rauhoitu. Ei kiirettä." (?)

I'd drop "rauhoitu" out of it. Unless the cashier is foaming at the mouth and swinging a knife left and right.

    "Ei [mitään] kiirettä" is sufficient.
