I am reading about cheese diary in Netherlands and encountered such a description of its location:

"The cheese diary Jacobs Hoeve is situated at the dam in Katwoudein the Katwouderpolder,
precisely situated betweenMonnickendam and Volendam. From the Hoeve you have a view over the Gouwzee. Thisunique rural location is the framework for our primeval business activity:Making cheese! For more than 30 years we are making cheese now and with greatsuccess."

Is Katwouderpolder, a name of a region or its just denotation of a terrain of polders in Katwoude?

Thank you
