Hola yo otra vez (lo siento)

    Bueno tengo otraa duda:

The Company initially recognizes debt instruments issued on the date on which they originate. All other financial liabilities are initially recognized on the date of the transaction is made, in which the Company becomes part of to the contractual provisions of the document/note. The Company writes off a financial liability when its contractual obligations are cancelled/paid or expire.

Espero que me pueden ayudar :)

I'm struggling with "hacerse parte de". I haven't found a direct translation, but using logic the best I can come up with is something like "becomes a participant in" or "becomes a party to" If that is the correct meaning, you might try something like this:
...on the date on which the Company becomes a party to the transaction which is covered by the contractual obligations contained in the document...
...on the date on which the Company becomes a participant in the transaction covered by the document's contractual provisions ...
See if that gets you any closer--or perhaps a native Spanish-speaker can help out with "hacerse parte de".
