    - la società rappresenta una realtà consolidata e un punto di riferimento nell'area.
    - ha un patrimonio di professionalità

    Personally, I think there's room for improvement in the translations suggested so far. I'd say something like this:

    "The company is firmly established, and is now a reference point in the area"

    "It has a track record of great professionalism"

    The language is basically advertising/promotional jargon, and as such is notoriously hard to translate effectively.

    Thank you so much! I really appreciate your help! Yes, I agree, this is some sort of advertising jargon and quite difficult to translate keeping the meaning and the catchy expressions...
