Las voluptuosas carnes de las mujeres negras

    Hello, I don't know how to translate this phrase:

    Las voluptuosas carnes de las mujeres negras que portan sus crías, simulan el color de la amatista.

    The voluptuous ??? of the afro-colombian women carrying their ??? are like the amethiste color?

    Does someone has a better translation for this?

    Something else: I don't know how to say when you refer to human meet? I have no clue.

    Yo no dejaría de lado la palabra ¨carne¨, usar otra como ¨curvas¨ le quitaría crudeza a la oración. Igual con ¨cría¨, usar hijos o niños le quitaría mucho.
