Hi everyone! I'm translating a private deed and I came across this sentence:

"Le parti riconoscono come sola valida, per tutti gli articoli e le clausole del presente contratto, la legge italiana e la lingua italiana."

    I would say:
"The parties acknowledge, for all articles and clauses of this contract, Italian law and Italian language as the only valid one."

Do you think it is correct?

    Thank you in advance.

With respect to all the articles and clauses hereof, the parties agree that only Italian law and the Italian language shall apply.

You don't have to transform it.....but maybe you have more experience with legal documents, I don't know!

Thank you all for your suggestions!

CPA, even if you transformed the sentence, I really appreciated your help!
