levure de boulanger / levure chimique

    Bonjour,

    comment traduire "levure de boulanger" en opposition à "levure chimique"?
    je serai tenté d'utiliser "baker's yeast" VS "baking powder" ?
    mais est ce que la difference est bien perceptible en anglais? est ce que l'on comprend qu'il s'agit bien de 2 produits différents?

    Yes, baker's yeast and baking powder are two very different products, and anyone familiar with baking would readily know the difference.
