Could someone please help me with this sentence:

"Especialmente todos los fundamentos de hecho y derecho expuestos en el LIBELO DE DEMANDA y en la reforma de la demanda que ha presentado la accionante."

My best try: "Especially grounds of fact and law presented in the LAWSUIT LIBEL and in the reform of the lawsuit which were both presented by the plaintiff."

Is such a literal translation the best way to go?

I have read that "Libel" is an specific kind of crime or misconduct.
"Libelo de Demanda" is just the first plaintiff's writing.
Actually, libelo in "Spanish" mean writing, escrito.
