Evacuation pumps can also perform line purging by reversing revolution.

    Agradecería si alguien puede ayudarme.

    ¡Muchas gracias de antemano!

I cannot give a firm answer but perhaps this will help.
"Line purging" refers to cleaning out the contents of one of the tubes/channels of the endoscope. "Reversing revolution" means that the pump can be made to reverse it's direction of spin, thus reversing the direction in which it pumps liquids.
Others may be able to translate these concepts better than I, but "line purging" might be something like "expurgar de tubería" (o de vía)
"reversing revolution" might be something like "reversar de la revolución" (o del giro).

Thank you very much! It helped me a lot your explanation. And if somebody has a more appropriate translation, I would appreciate it.

    Thanks you Bill!

Hola.
