    I would say:

I look forward to meeting with you/arranging an interview with you at your earliest convenience.

    Hello,
You must say I am looking forward to hear/meet you for a formal letter, and hearing/meeting for an informal one.

    Hi,
excuse me. That was a false response. You must write what Jinti has told you. But if you write an informal letter you can write I´m looking forward to hearing from you/meeting you.
    Sorry;)
