    Hi everyone.

I need help to translate in English the following sentence:

"copia autentica del mandato collettivo irrevocabile con rappresentanza conferita alla mandataria"

    Is "mandato" power of attorney?

The context is the Terms of Reference for an evaluation project in Italy and in case of a consortium of enterprises that want to present an offer, they require the above mandato collettivo etc etc

    Would it be something like:

certified copy of the power of attorney with representation granted to the agent

Thanks for your help. I really need it.

I am not sure about England, but a notarized power of attorney would cover all of that in the US. In fact, it would be sufficient to have a letter signed by the CEO and legal officer of a consortium.

But to translate literally, it would be:
a (valid) certified copy of the power of attorney with authority to act as an agent (of the consortium)

Mandato and procura notariale are the same thing?
    My try
"A certified copy of the irrevocable collective mandate of representation granted to the agent society"
