Hi, I'm trying to translate the following text:

    * When dealing with the word "ejecutado" we mean "la parte ejecutada"
    i. e. judgment debtor.

Does it make sense? Have you got any reasonable suggestions?
    Thank you,

    I hope this helps:

Publication of the judgment debtor's holdings terminates his right to refuse to reveal such information.

    Hola

    Let's see how this fits...

The determination of personal assets determines whether the defendant has the right of refusal

The judicial investigation into personal assets shall determine whether the defendant has the right to refuse to reveal such information to the court.

Hope I've stuck to the original meaning...
    Cheers

Would you prefer using "Publication" or "stating"?

    Thank you for your help!
