Je recherche le terme exact pour "manutention au sol". Il s'agit d'équipements au sol qui tirent un wagon...

    Is it: "ground handling" ?

Yes I would think so - is this at an airport?

Yes, "ground handling" is possible and concise, but "handling on the ground" may sound better.
"Ground handling" would be used as qualifier with a noun, e.g. "ground handling equipment".

Google "ground handling equipment" and you will find that that is what it is. (Also "ground handling operations", for instance.)

If you google just "ground handling", you find that it is also the noun form:

    Aircraft ground handling - Wikipedia

In aviation, aircraft ground handling defines the servicing of an aircraft
while it is on the ground and (usually) parked at a terminal gate of an airport.
