    Tasting a chicken bouillon...

"Parece de un dia para otro, tiene muchos fideos y verduras, debería ser mas suave, parece un masacote"

I thought of "sticky" but may be there's a better word for "masacote".

    Suggestions welcome!

    How about "chewy?"

Could be... but I associate "chewy" with the way it feels on your mouth, rather than with the way it looks... Can "chewy" apply for appearance? Thanks for your help!

In this case, mazacote is a noun not and adjective. Therefore, lump or sticky lump may suit your needs.
