    Hola,
    Necesito ayuda para traducir la frase:
    "materia de estudio"
    Ej. "El movimiento de los electrones en el vacío se ha convetido en materia de estudio de la Física."

    referente a la palabra estudio en este caso se puede utilizar study?, o sería mejor research?, entonces podría ser, matter of study?, o, matter of research? o, research matter?, en fin, ayúdenme por favor.

    In my mind, study and research are pretty much the same thing. In fact, the terms are often combined: The drug company is doing a research study into the effects of ... In your particular case, I think "research" is a better term. I don't have a good explanation as to why. Somehow I feel that a "study" is a little more narrow/specific in its scope, although this is just a personal feeling.
