    En terminos estrictos de la educacion:

    matrícula de honor = with honors/with distincion
    excelente = excellent (an A)
    notable = above average (a B)
    aprovado = average (a C)
    suspenso = below average (a D) or failing (an F)

    It's the same than "excelente" (A). It refers to a mark from 9 to 10.

    Regards.

  5. Hi!.
    In my experience,"Sobresaliente" has always ranged from 8,5 to 10.
