    Hello to all.
I'm translating a transcript from a university in Colombia (carreer: Bacteriology and Clinical Laboratory). The title of this thread is one of the subjects, and I'm not sure how to translate the word "Integral". The research I've done suggests: "comprehensive", "integral" or "holistic", but I don't know which to use or if there is a better term.

    Thanks in advance!
