Mi carina: a term of endearment?

    can someone tell me what this means?

    Are you sure it is "carina" and not "cariño". I think "carina" is a name, "mi cariño" could be translated for "my love"

    Yep, I agree with that, I think "my darling" is better than "my love", but it would depend on the overall context for the right translation. After all it is all different nuances of the same expression.
