mixed tissue tumor

    A mixed-tissue tumor derives from tissue that is capable of separating into either epithelial or connective tissue because it is comprised of several types of cells.

    I'm specifically looking for a translation of the term "mixed tissue tumor," but a translation of the whole sentence would be wonderful.

    Hola. Yo diría: "Un tumor de tejido mixto deriva de tejido (que es) capaz de separarse en tejido o bien epitelial o bien conectivo, ya que está compuesto por varios tipos de células".
