Could someone tell me the name of "sweetie" in Italian? Or, could someone share what names Italians use for their lovers? (like "honey", "babe", etc). Thanks! :)

"Tesoro" or simply "amore" ("love"), which is used the same way English natives use "sweetheart", "sweetie", "honey", and so on

Welcome, MissBossLady. You might get a little further with the native Italians if you don't type in all caps ;) . I'd say first of all it depends on what level of a relationship you're in...does he know Italian? Do you?
