    Hello,

I have to translate a Certificate of Incumbency of a corporation from English into Spanish.

The company was incorporated in Liberia, but it was redomiciled into the Marshall Islands later and its operating address is in Spain.

The registered agent appointed is a company of the Marshall Islands which acts for non-resident domestic companies in the Marshall Islands.

I do not know how to translate <<non-resident domestic company>>. My try is <<sociedad (mercantil) no residente que opera en las Islas Marshall>>????

Or the company's operating address in Spain means that the company is not operating in the Marshall Islands, but the document says <<domestic>>.

    Please help!!!!

    Thanks in advance!!!

You said it was domiciled in (domestic to) the Marshall Islands but is a "resident" of Spain.
So maybe ""empresas/sociedades nacionales no residentes."
