    Hola:

    Saludos
    A.A.

Are you saying that a "Notas de Cargo" is what is called a "Debit Memo" or "Credit Memo" in English?

I'm sorry, I was off-line. A "nota de cargo" or "nota de débito" is a debit note and a "nota de abono" or "nota de crédito" is a credit note. I guess that if the document is informal you can use the word memo instead of note.
