    Hello,
could you tell me which preposition is the correct one?

I have already forgotten my Maths of / from school.

    Thank you in advance.

Yo diría, "I forgot my math (homework) at school."

"I've lost most of my skills..."
    "I'm a bit rusty in..."

En este caso, diría por ejemplo, "I have already forgotten the math I learned in school."

Ok, concentrating on the question about the preposition, then it should be:
"I've already forgotten my Maths from school"

There are more usual ways of saying this, but this would be ok.
