    This car is old,you should buy new one.
    This milk is old,you shouldn't drink it.

    If we're talking about a product having been expired, we mostly express it in ways such as, "Bu süt bozulmuş" or "Bu sütün tarihi geçmiş." Other than that, the contrast to "new" is eski, and the contrast to "young" is yaşlı or ihtiyar.
