What kind of nuance does the partitive give in this sentence? I'm sure I'm missing the point.
Shouldn't it be either "omaisuutensa" or "omaisuuksiaan"?

    Hello!

The sentence is correct. It means that SAS is intending to sell it's property – not all of its property but some of it. Like in English, in Finnish a single entity, be it a company or a person, has only one property/omaisuus. If you have a countable word it's ok to put it in plural: Säästöjen ohella SAS aikoo myydä lentokoneitaan / huonekalujaan / toimitilojaan / toimistotarvikkeitaan...
