    On forme une équipe :
    On est tous des pro
On est comme les deux doigts de la main

Three things every manager should say to his/her team (it says here...)

What exactly is the implication of the final one? We're alike? We need each other? We're in this together? In the same boat?

Only to be used when the manager has a very small "team"!:)

It's ahairdressing salon, so a reasonable assumption. Nevertheless, the peas'n'pod thing in English at least is for physical resemblance, hence my temptation to write "we're all in the same boat"???

    Hi

in french, "être comme les 2 doigts de la main" means persons (generally 2) are very close, they are inseparable from each other, " they're like brothers".
This idom is more for friends than for colleagues.

    Hope it helps

Thanks - in fact "we;re like family" could capture that...
