    Saludos a todos.

    Estoy trabajando en un poder que ortoga facultades de todo tipo al gerente general de una empresa. Dentro de las facultades judiciales incluye

    "Contestar demandas, reconvenir, formular réplicas, oponer excepciones de todo tipo sean previas o perentorias, formular y responder conflictos de competencias, solicitar inhibitorias y declinatorias, interponer y responder a todo tipo de incidentes, oposiciones de todo tipo y en toda materia, así como absolver el traslado de todas estas."

    Respond to suits, contest, answer charges, oppose all type of exception [exclusion?], whether previous or peremptory, formulate and respond to conflicts of interest, request stays and disqualifications, give notice and respond to all type of matters, impediments of any kind and in all matters, as well as absolve (dismiss?) the transfer of all these.

    I'm lost on this one. :confused:

    "inhibitoria and declinatoiras" I believe are "motion for improper venue and change of venue"
    I just noticed that the part where you put "impediment" has is no verb. I think you need to fix that part.
