    Il Garzanti afferma:

    all-day opening.

Con un'indicazione più precisa sull'orario, io proponevo poi questo.

I'm going to vote with Jay on this one.
It's always very interesting to see the "orario continuato" in Italy because we (in the US) are not accustomed to a store closing and then re-opening on the same day.

    So the possiblities are many:
continuous hours from X to X (as Jay said)
    Hours from X to Y
    Open from X to Y
    X to Y
    Open X Closed Y

    All are possible.

    Ciao,
"some restaurants are beginning to adapt the open time to the tourists habit, keeping the kitchen open from 11a.m. to 11p.m. no stop, but actually not many are doing this."
    Potrebbe funzionare?
    Grazie

    Una possibilità

Some restaurants are making changes to accommodate the tourist trade/tourists by opening all day from 11am to 11pm, but not many are actually doing this
/but the number of them actually doing this is small.

    Grazie!
    Suona molto meglio così!
    credo che userò:
"Some restaurants are making changes to accommodate the tourist trade by opening all day from 11am to 11pm, but not many are actually doing this."
