    My sentence in English is: For one to visit the doctor in America, one must either purchase insurance from a private insurance company, be insured through their work, have government insurance, or pay for the expensive care out of pocket.

    Para una visitar al médico en los Estados Unidos, uno debe adquirir un seguro de una compañía de seguros privada, estar asegurados a través de su trabajo, tiene seguro el gobierno, o pagar por la "the expensive care out of pocket"

    I am having trouble with the sentence and I was wondering if out of the pocket translates to Spanish?
