    Would the correct translation for "el padre en cuestión" be "the father in question"?

    Sorry, Oldy Nuts. Here is a better sentence: "En vista de que el padre de los menores en cuestión..."

    This is from a safety plan that was put together for a family in Mexico. They are talking about the visitation rights between the father and his children.
