    Hi everybody!

I'm translating a text for a wine company and I need some help with this sentence:

    I would suggest:
The company starts the production of high quality wines, for exquisite/fine tastes, appreciated by tourists".

Thanks in advance for your help! :)

Unfortunately, that thread doesn't have the obvious translation, which is "refined palate". But that thread was using the term figuratively (referring to an audience).

It's hard, and maybe not necessary, to render the distinction between "fino" and "sopraffino". "Refined" works in both cases. We can always add emphasis by simply saying "highly refined". Or, to add another touch of "class" (?), we can also say "discerning palate(s)".
