parte promovente

    Me gustaría saber cómo se dice "parte promovente" en el siguiente contexto.

    "...se requiere a la autoridad demandada para que el el término de 5 días remita copia certificada de la documental ofrecida como prueba por la parte promovente...".

    Parte Promovente= Petitioner, applicant, claimant, (party)
    movant (either party who makes a motion before a
    court or government agency or his or her l
    egal representative specially when the
    motion is made by or on behalf of a
    corporate entity).


    Depende de lo que estén traduciendo.

    Mi intento: "The respondent is required to present a certified copy of the exhibits proffered by the petitioner within the next 5 days."

    Es "promovente" no "pronovente".
