Can someone tell me the correct translation for Persona Física con Actividad Empresarial? thanks
Private individual with entrepreneurial activity
Puede ser: A natural person with business acumen.
...supongo que depende del contexto.
A ver qué opinan los otros.
me quedo con A natural person with business acumen.
parece que esa es la que aplica
Hello--I have a translation where "Persona física con Actividad Empresarial" also appears, although just under its acronym PFAE. It means what Beceese suggested back in 2008 (as opposed to Masood's suggestion), because in this presentation it's actually presented as a type of bank client--there are "PyMEs y PFAEs".
Does anyone know if there's an "official" translation or acronym for this in English?
I've just seen a definition for "sole proprietorship" here: http://www.allfoodbusiness.com/choosing_legal_structure.php that makes me think this may be a correct translation, but if anyone knows whether the legal structure and liabilities are the same for PFAEs and "sole proprietorships" it would be great to get a confirmation.
Thank you in advance!
