¿Estás buscando una traducción al inglés?

Blind and visually handicapped people. Alternatively blind or partially-sighted people is the term used on the bbc website for a programme dedicated to this group of people.

    Lo veo así...
We attempt to integrate blind and visually impared people in hobbies and leisure activities so they can participate on equal terms with the rest (of the people/participants/community members/etc)

Yo generalmente uso "Visually Impaired" y "Challenged" es más politically correct. ;)

Occasionally you come across the phrase people with visual impairments. However this is still very much a medical model of disability.
