    Good Morning,

    I am translating a Physical Education text. The paragraph reads:
    "It includes a mile run/pacer, trunk lift, cul-ups, push-ups, sit and rach, and height and weight."

    I am not familiar with these terms. Any helpers out there?

    Thanks!

    A "push-up" is "una flexión," and "sit and reach" is probably another word for "sit-up," or "un abdominal" in Spanish.

    I suspect "cul-up" is supposed to be "curl-up," which is probably another word for "pull-up" and is depicted here.

    Height = estatura
    Weight = peso

    De los demás no estoy seguro.
