    Hello,

I see 'Pisan' is used for an inhabitant of of Pisa, but urbandictionary lists the word as generic slang for an Italian male.

Can anyone tell me how widespread (and impolite) this slang meaning is? I'm a Brit and I've not heard of it.

I'm thinking of using the Italian 'Pisano' for a male inhabitant of that city.

    Many thanks

Hullo Richard. I've never heard of Pisan meaning anything other than inhabitant of Pisa.
I tend to take Urbandictionary stuff with salt.
