    My best effort: Favor de llamarme cuando sea libre.

    Hi David,

    The sentence sounds better if you say: "Por favor, llámame cuando estés libre"

    Another typical confussion ;):

    - Cuando estés (tú) libre -- Informal
    - Cuando esté (usted) libre -- Formal
