Poder mercantil especial

    Hi everyone,

    I'm translating a text into English and I'm not sure how to translate this sentence:

    "Poder mercantil especial" Would it be correct to say: "Special mercantile power of attorney".

    Yes, or "limited commercial power of attorney"

    pero power of attorney me suena mas a un abogado apoderado, un poder especial de representacion no necesariamente seria un abogado.
    Como se podría decir por tanto: "poder con mandato especial" a efectos mercantiles? Gracias
