Hola. Como se dice en inglés esta frase:
Por más que escuche no lo entiendo.

    Mi intento:
    However I hear I don't understand.
    Even though I hear I don't understand.

    ¿Which is the most suitable?

    Thanks

¿What's the meaning: "how hard I listen"?
It refer to how many times I listen or how strong something sounds.

    Thank you

    However much I listen, I don't understand.

I slightly disagree with Cenzontle as I think 'más' indicates 'how many times' and not 'how hard'.

However much I listen, I don't understand it = No matter how many times I listen to it, I don't understand it. (refiere a la cantidad de veces que lo escuchas)

No matter how hard I listen, I don't understand it = No matter how much effort I put into listening to it, I don't understand. (refiere al esfuerzo que haces para escucharlo)

    ¿Entiendes la diferencia? :)
