Gracias!

"Por medio del / de la presente" is usually translated as "hereby": e.g., "I would hereby like to request a nomination package." However, "hereby" is a pretty formal term in English and, from the description you gave, I wouldn't bother using it in the email. I would just say something like: "I would like to request a Nomination Package."

Hereby is really only used in legal documents and formal documents. I would just say, I am requesting a nomination package, I would like to request a nomination package (as Mal67 said), or something like that.

Puedes usar también:

By these means, I would like to request you the information contained in the Nomination Package...

Saludos!

I agree. In English we don't write things that formally. I would just say:

Please send me the nomination package.

The above needs some corrections...

However, as a few of us have said, there's no need to be so formal.

Or "please can you tell me what the Nomination Package contains".

In British English.

And what if the document is a legal one? the one I have to translate into English is a: 'Solicitud para convenio de COP' whatever that means, that I have no idea and, after introducing the legal representative of the Company and important data they say:

My attempt:

'I would hereby request as it follows'
'Through these presents I would request as it follows'

The document is intended to a subdelegate of the Ministry of Health in Mexico.

I am completely lost, could you help me with this, please?

Thanks very much!

Hard to say without more text, but my first thought is something to the effect of:
"I would hereby like to request the following"

or perhaps

"I would hereby like to present the following request."

Your suggestion makes more sense than mine. Thanks very much indeed!
