what is a "premolded expansion joint"?
An expansion joint is a "giunto d'espansione", that is a structural element that connects, for example two parts of the same structure or of two different buildings to absorb different volume variations that can be due to thermal differences. In this context, how can I translate premolded?
Maybe with "non gettato in opera", which is something like "prefabbricato"?

Not a hundred percent sure, but I would say preformato o presagomato.

You're right, presagomato is what I was looking for.
