problemas familiares de mayor magnitud

    how would you translated "mayor magnitud" in this sentence

    How about when "mayor" is used in a comparative sense? Like in this sentence for example:

    Entre los problemas prenatales a los que se exponen está la anemia y la pre-eclampsia, mientras que para el bebé los defectos congénitos, el bajo peso y la prematurez son algunos de los problemas a los que se exponen en mayor magnitud al nacer de una madre adolescente.

    Here' what I got so far, but I'm stuck:
    Anemia and preeclampsia are some of the prenatal problems that these young mother are exposed to, while their babies are exposed to congenital defects, low birth weight and premature birth...??? at a larger scale? more greatly? Help!
