Tenant shall pay reasonable charges (other than for normal wear and tear) for repairing damages to the premises or property (including damages to project buildings, facilities or common areas) caused by Tenant, a member of Tenant’s household or guest.

    project buildings,

It seems most likely that this refers to the various buildings in a (US) housing project, (GB) housing estate. In either case, it would refer to "los inmuebles del complejo" or some such depending on the nature of the premises. Surely this is not the only mention of a "project" in the whole document. Your translation would depend on translations of the term as used elsewhere in the lease.
