    Bonjour,

Je cherche à traduire l'expression "Proprietary Information" dans le titre suivant : "Patents, Copyrights and Proprietary Information – covers the patents and copyrights owned by the franchisor, and may also describe “business trade secrets.”

    If you google

    "Proprietary Information" français

preferably at google.ca / pages in Canada, you will find Canadian government pages with the term. All such pages are bilingual, so by going to the English page and finding the term you can find the French term by clicking on the français link.
It's a good idea to check more than one site, since bad translations sometimes appear, but for technical terms you are usually safe with what you find.
    Googling

    "proprietary information" "renseignements exclusifs"

we get Termium, where we should have started. ;)
    Hope that helps!
(A lot of references, but it's important for this kind of terminology to be sure that one is not guessing, and has found the real thing.)

Editing to add (from googling "renseignements commerciaux de nature exclusive" to validate those findings):
