punto de listón o cordón

    Hola! necesito saber que es la palabra inglesa para el termino "punto de listón" o "punto de cordón". Aqui es la definicion: Se baten las yemas hasta que al alzar el batidor se forme un listón o cordón
    in english: beat the yolks until they form a **** or **** upon lifting the whisk.

    la problema es que no se' la traduccion de "liston" o "cordon"

    busco algo en ingles como "stiff peak stage" (punto de turron) o "soft peak stage" (punto de nieve)

    El término general es que la yema de huevo "forms the ribbon:"
    punto de listón - forms a quickly dissolving ribbon
    punto de cordón - forms a slowly dissolving ribbon.

    "To a ribbon stage" this basically means that a ribbon-like strip will rest on top of the batter.
