    Gracias

    I'd use "Shuttle stop".

You could explain that the same shuttle stop where they board will be both the point of departure from and the point of return to their cruise ship.

The two terms "rendezvous point" or "pick-up point" come to mind.

When I hear this the first thing that comes to my mind is "point of arrival", where they drop you off... and "point of departure" where they pick you up. So I would say that shuttle stop sounds the best.

    What about "boarding point"?
