Quanti gradi ci sono?

Oggi, parlando con una ragazza, mi è venuto un dubbio: come si traduce la domanda "quanti gradi ci sono?"/ "quanti gradi è la temperatura ora?"

    Le mie idee sono:
    "How many degrees are there?"
"How many degrees is the temperature now?"

Ho paura però che "temperature" voglia dire "febbre".

    Grazie dell'aiuto,

    Welcome to the forum!
The most common I'd think is
    What temperature is it?
    What's the temperature?

Just to add if it's hot outside you might say "How hot is it outside?"
For temperature to mean fever you'd have to say something like "Does he have a temperature?"

Or even "How cold/hot is it?"

For a fever, we personalize it. What is your temperature? I have a temperature of 98.6. (37 gradi) [Do you have a temperature? = Do you have a fever?]
