    Maybe

I love and I don't want to love the person who, without wanting, I love

a quien no queriendo quiero means that even if I don't want to love him/her I love it all the same.

    Hola,
yo interpreto el primer quiero como amar, aunque da lugar a diversas interpretaciones. Por lo demas, la de Lluis me parece buena.

Quiero (want) y no quiero (want) querer (love) a quien no queriendo (want) quiero (love)
I want and not want to love to whom not wanting I love.
¿Suena mal esta traducción en inglés?
